Pros

There are fantastic employees. They work hard and choose to serve internal and external needs of the company.

Cons

Horrible leadership. I hear one of the worst was FINALLY fired. More needs to happen. This person is not the only one that needs to go. HR is just as bad. There are reasons employees do not trust HR. Known problems and complaints are not addressed. If employees have a legitimate complaint about a senior leader it is twisted into a reason for them to be punished. HR has two camps. Those who know what they’re doing and get things done and those who don’t. Unfortunately the don’t are favored. Top leaders say they want change but are too slow to take action against their own. I was excited when someone was hired to make changes. Sad that the position lacks the support to actually do the job. Change is blocked and dismissed by senior leadership. I like the mission of Project Hope but couldn’t stay continually knowing and fighting incompetence. Project Hope must get real. Support those that are actually working for success. Do what’s required with the rest.
