I loved my time working at Project Horizon. I was a part of the outreach team and enjoyed the involvement in the community. The atmosphere is welcoming for people of all backgrounds and I always felt supported by my co-workers and upper management. Working with clients was rewarding to see their progress as well. I still maintain great connections with the people I worked with here!
Cons
Going on call can be stressful, but is very manageable because of the support that is offered by upper management, even when you are on call for an occasional weekend (once every two to three months for full-time employees).
