      Pros

      A very diverse workforce all has one thing in common and that is to support people so they have a phone and interesting life.

      Cons

      It is a commitment to work here because working with people is so personal. It’s not a job that you can leave easily because you have so many personal relationships.

      Pros

      Project Independence is like a second family. All the staff are super supportive and understanding and always available to help with any questions or concerns. It's a great company to grow with and the job is super rewarding. The clients are all wonderful and each day working with them is different from the next so you never get bored and always are learning new things.

      Cons

      All jobs have ups and downs but at Project Independence there are more ups than downs and the ups are worth the downs.
