      Family atmosphere, great support, flexible schedule and awesome co-workers

      Cons

      Very stressful, no raises, must do one week of emergency on call every 5 weeks, benefits are decreasing

      Pros

      Project Independence is like a second family. All the staff are super supportive and understanding and always available to help with any questions or concerns. It's a great company to grow with and the job is super rewarding. The clients are all wonderful and each day working with them is different from the next so you never get bored and always are learning new things.

      Cons

      All jobs have ups and downs but at Project Independence there are more ups than downs and the ups are worth the downs.
