Pros

Pay used to be good, but salaries have not been adjusted for most roles as the company has evolved over the last few years, so I guess its a "used to be a pro".

Cons

Out of touch executives, YoY increases in revenue while increases don't match inflation or cost of living, increased benefits costs, lack of career progression. Our CEO is not a culture fit, and belongs in venture capital, not the non-profit world. We pay for flights and attendance to balls and dinners so he can wine and dine with celebrities and CEO's, all while the rest of us have to force ourselves to be excited about the one extra pizza a month we can buy with our annual raise. Oh but wait, benefits are more expensive, so 99% of us are losing money every year.

Pros

Great company, great leadership, very clear strategy and a very passionate community.

Cons

Not many cons, maybe disorganized sometimes. Too many internal meetings.

Pros

Cool opportunities to be at the heart of the project management industry, where the professional is going, the great Scrum debates of our time.

Cons

Members of the leadership team are clearly in inappropriate relationships and have inappropriate working dynamics. Folks who move on regularly refer to themselves as having “escaped” and commonly marvel at how people thrive once they are free from this stifling environment. HR and the board alike are cowed by the current leadership and decline to take any corrective action, resulting in employee feedback about the toxicity of the organization going into a black hole.
