      Pros

      I have a busy life having a family that needs me around the clock. Working at Project Redirect it allows me to balance work and family.

      Cons

      Management is so poorly that when they need a favor for their personal selfish reasons it ok. On the other hand when you need their assistance management doesn’t come through.

      Pros

      Clients are great too work with. Very rewarding and fulfilling job.

      Cons

      The person in charge is completely ego driven. Does not make good business decisions and spends all good time gossiping with the receptionist or in his office with door closed working on his other career.
