Lots of challenges. I learned several new technologies and this was also my first experience coding with a team, with peer review. The well-thought-out systems and processes showed me there is a better way to estimate and deliver software than the lone-wolf approach.

There was a lot of self-directed work involved in getting up to speed and figuring out the setup of each new project I worked on.
