Pros
Young, energetic employees, wish mostly positive attitudes (at least the first few months), late starting hours, frequently ordered lunch while employees worked OT
Cons
Indecisive management, unclear work responsibilities, long hours with no bonuses or OT, VERY LARGE turnover, sexist and inappropriate remarks to the few female employees, no room for career growth or promotion, unrealistic and changing work tasks without notice, followed by punishment for not "doing your job"; not enough encouragement for doing a good job, only berating for the smallest things
