There are literally NONE. Its a closed shop. All an illusion. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ACCEPTING A JOB HERE unless completely wasting your time is your thing. I foolishly gave up a decent paying sales job to come here and worked my socks off only to finally learn that only a very few sales people are allowed to earn money the rest are just stupid cattle filling out the vast sales floor space
Cons
Job is morally corrupt. You are trained and expected to lie and cheat in order to try and trick companies into signing premier league football advertising contracts with bottom half clubs like stoke and crystal palace but misrepresent and sell as if you are representing manchester united and liverpool and chelsea which are not as described or promised. Your expected to work all weekend finding leads but if you find anything decent one of the sales managers claims to already have a relationship with the company and takes it off you anyway You CANNOT WIN The cosy few top sales managers laugh openly about how many new sales people each has fired and how any new people wont ever receive a penny and will be fired within a month of joining anyway before their payday. They just hire and fire people systematically to try and keep the place looking busy when in reality only 3 or 4 people are relevant and make money Once you start you soon realise that the job you are told to do basically consists of trying to illegally obtain phone numbers of marketing managers and top brass by pretending to be from their company or from another company The place is not professional at all and is full of essex wide boys who went to school together and go way back. New starters are looked at as outsiders and idiots for not getting it and are treated with contempt and mocked and patronised behind your back.
