      Pros

      The office is in a great downtown location and I could often walk to my client sites

      Cons

      Owner finds work for consultants, and if no work is available, consultants will get laid off. I had constant fear I would get laid off at any moment. Work is sporadic. Pay is terrible compared to other consulting firms.

      Pros

      ProjectCorps is a boutique consulting firm based in Seattle WA. It is very unique in that management really cares about the staff and their success. Consulting jobs are interesting and challanging. Full benefits include 401k match, profit sharing, paid time off and holidays.

      Management is too much in their employees' personal business and don't value them as people.
