Pros

I was green behind the ears with Project Management software, and a little intimidated, but as easy-to-use and as intuitive as it is, it's so easy to learn. With our newest product release -- in 6 months time it has excelled tremendously, with so many new bells & whistles. It's great seeing excited customers using our product, and knowing each of my peers helped contribute to this success. This company really values and appreciates the hard-hours worked across all teams, and help each employee with the autonomy, trust, and tools to get things done. - Friendly, and sincere co-workers & honest management - Great employee benefits & pay - Generous PTO flexibility - Collaboration between teams We recently moved into a great spacious office-space: - Close proximity for delicious lunch spots / post-office / grocery stores - Huge kitchen w/ purified water dispensers, microwaves, long dining table and fridge (feel free to bring your own lunch as well!) - Office snacks and random treat drops - Relaxed office-environment - Headphone friendly, or you can pick a playlist to play in the office

Cons

- The office culture has been lacking, but has improved since I have started. Work is work, but social hours and office outings are slowly coming together, but not a make or break my any means. - Updating current and new processes will help incoming new hires. - Having a more concrete road-map on where we plan to head in the future I don't have many cons to provide, but there aren't too many to really choose from, which is a good thing!
