Start up feel means work is fast paced and there is a lot of responsibility. This can be a pro or a con depending on what you want from your employer.

I have been working with ProjectTeam for over 7 years now. What started as a smaller company has quickly grown throughout my years which is a true testament as to the culture, work environment, and people ProjectTeam has built from the ground up. Management is approachable, supportive, and genuinely care about you as a person and your career path. I started in Sales but as I gained more experience I was given more opportunities to grow within the company. There are many areas of expertise that one can expand on and management is great at putting the ideal candidate in the best position to succeed. Although my position at both work and in my personal life can be very demanding the work-life balance is great. The team is very dependable and flexible. I have been a part of the industry’s top corporations but I can honestly say that it has been the best company I have ever worked for. I am looking forward to ProjectTeam’s continued success. The CEO’s vision for the company and product is always innovative and forward thinking paving the way for an exciting and bright future.

I am having a hard time to write any cons at all but if I were to offer any type of constructive criticism it would be to have richer options with the current benefits offered. I am confident as the company grows and as management have expressed that this too will change in the future.
