Pros
1) Get a free coffee everyday and free bagel once in a month 2) Nice exposure to employee engagement 3) Can try various ideas as noone else is highly technical. 4) Great learning environment but on your own.
Cons
1) Pay-scale is outdated. 2) No Employee Benefits 3) They always look for short term employees and may kick you when purpose is served 4) Promotion is based on two things: a) Relationship with your manager b) Wait until someone leaves the organisation and creates position for you
