      Pros

      Great people all around. I don't know how they do it, but the contacts I have made here I have kept both personally and professionally. The pay is definitely above average and competitive. Benefits are average. There is opportunity for growth and improvement if you are motivated.

      Cons

      The company still has a start up feel for being around 15+years :( Things move quickly which can be challenging.

      Lots of great people to work with. Smart team. Interesting projects. Remote first.

      Sometimes work can get really busy, but that happens at an agency.

      Pros

      Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
