Pros
Plenty of work, responsive IT department, dedicated group professionals, excellent heath insurance, free T pass or parking, nice office, junior to senior level team members interact with clients
Cons
Rigid management structure, difficult to express options contrary to options of those in director level, puts clients first which necessarily means employees needs don’t come first, expected to consistently bill a lot of hours, several skilled colleagues have left recently, turnover may be high for a small company, lots of pressure to donate to charitable causes.
