      This company provides many opportunities to learn and grow, no matter what your level of experience. Management fosters a welcoming environment and encourages teamwork.

      Cons

      It is sometimes hard to find time to make an appointment to speak to managers, but I suppose that is because many employees seek their advice because they are great sources of knowledge.

      Pros

      Worst place to work people bully you. IT people monitor you alot if you are working for home for a day to see if we are online or not

      Cons

      Company does not treat all employees equally. Favoritism is a big problem here. Executive Managers, directors bully you a lot. Micromanaging at it's worst, they email at least 5- 10 times in a day asking for what are you working on right now. They monitor how many times you go to washroom, you go to get some coffee and for lunch you are supposed to eat at your desk and work while eating. Overall I felt it's a toxic place to work
