Pros

I enjoy working at prominence management group because for all my life I have been stuck in the corporate world. I am finally able to grow based on my performance and get to share my struggles and growth with people who are down to earth, and have my best interest at heart. It is fun traveling with these people to our other sister offices and going to seminars and our annual R and R, I'm so excited to attend this November. It is exciting to wake up every morning knowing the environment I will be in, the good people and having control of deciding my own destiny.

Cons

This business is not for everyone. It requires discipline, focus, and desire which a lot of people do not have. It's more for an entrepreneurial minded person that wants more out of life and is willing to put in more effort to see results. If you just want a place where you can clock in and out and have easy work and remain comfortable this is not for you.

Pros

The best part of my experience was the free education I received. I paid $49,000 for a degree from a top university, I learned more during my training than 4 years of college for a marketing degree. I am forever grateful for my training and wish I could have finished the management training. I have never found an opportunity like this, it's awesome to find people with the same attitude about life as I have. People that want to seperate themselves from the rest of the corporate world.

Cons

My only regret is I was unable to complete my management training because of a death in my family and I had to move across the country.

Pros

I liked working for PMG for several reasons. First, the people I had the opportunity to meet and get to know have become good friends of mine. Everyone wants to see you succeed and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help you grow.

Cons

Learning to multitask and handle a variety of different challenges, all while maintaining a positive attitude 24/7 can be really difficult. While I did struggle with this at PMG and that did lead to frustration at times, I can honestly say I left a better and more well-rounded professional because of my work there. (this is largely due to the management and other employees with whom I had the pleasure of working.)
