      Pros

      I've been with the company for 8 years now. The culture is phenomenal, there is a serious interest of the founders and management team in the work-life balance of employees and their happiness on the job. Serious work is done in a supportive, creative atmosphere. Challenges are overcome in a friendly manner. Overall - couldn't be happier.

      Cons

      No cons encountered - I've been with Promomash for a long time and we managed to grow together - me in my skills and we together as a company. There is a feeling of connection and excitement about what we do. If you have the opportunity to work here - don't miss it.

      Pros

      I've been here for quite some time now and have seen some ups and downs with this company for the last 5 years, but we've persevered and overcame so many challenges because the co-founders are second to none as leaders and visionaries. They also happen to be great people who truly care for their employees and foster an environment where everyone has a voice and a seat at the table. Only good can come from all that, and it surely has! It's great to be part of this rocket ship and the future looks really bright here at Promomash.

      Cons

      Nothing worth mentioning as the biggest struggles were related to COVID, which is now the past. Promomash is a great place to work and is in the best place it has ever been as a company. We have an A team!
