Pros

-Good place to practice your skills on different accounts/niches. -Great for resume and portfolio. (Agency experience) -Good genuine people that want the best for you. -Great (Entry) level role. -Great Web design company.

Cons

-Insane Expectations! (Expect to make 40+ social media posts a day that are high quality and then management will complain when clients don't like posts.) They want you to be an expert in 10 different niches. -High turnover rate (I've communicated with previous employees and they all say that the expectations are insane and people leave after a few months.) -Low pay. (This is a good place as a stepping stone for better jobs. Work here for a year and don't expect much pay. Most people stay here for less than a year.) -Not very innovative. (The company practices strategies and methods for web design and marketing worked 5-10 years ago. Not now.)

We would like to focus on one particular element of this review regarding the number of social media posts expected daily, however. 40+ isn’t entirely accurate. This number fluctuates depending on the number of clients we have and the frequency at which our clients contractually oblige us to post for them.
