Pros

Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. - The prompt said that I had to right 5 words under this section.

Cons

I put my title in quotations because in my interview they literally asked me what I wanted my title to be. I didnt have an answer as I was so caught off guard by that red flag of a question. So they landed on “Account Coordinator”. But that title changed multiple times - and my job description grew each time it changed. I bet you can guess if my salary grew…it did not. The owner (Tony Mastraengelo) lied about compensation. Some how they had me working salary - exempt from making overtime but I was docked pay if I didn’t complete an 8 hour day. - a.k.a. Illlegal. Management is not really management. Just a bunch of bullies who pushed their way to a mid level position so they don’t have to do anything. Expensive benefits AND covers very little. (Usually you can only get one of those two so I guess this place is impressive in that way.) This place is the classic “won’t give you a raise or a review ever but we’ll give you a pizza party every other year and pretend everything’s okay” establishment. Family owned business and it is run like a dysfunctional one. No one agrees over anything.

Pros

Nothing positive I can share.

Cons

Small business, family owned where the owners and son all work there. Tony, one of the owners, promotes and fosters the toxic culture, makes empty promises, operates his business with zero integrity, plays a game of favoritism, and allows his son to do whatever he wants to do with zero accountability. The son by the way is running the business into the ground.
