Pros

Commission pay, for those that are comfortable with this pay structure.

Cons

While setting up the interview, the job was presented to me as a customer service representative. The job posting is purposely written to exclude any information about what the company is selling and what they really ask you to do. Why is that? After reading several reviews, the job asks you to go door to door selling verizon fios cable and internet. My experience would have gone a lot smoother if the job posting told me this, as now I feel like my time has been wasted.
