Lack of communication with employees. Open door policy of management isn't open. Hostile to employees. Limited encouragement to learn new tools and packages. Rejected AI tool usage. Certain parts of site never updated Long hours so no work-life balance 6 people in IT left in 10 months so no talent left to correct bugs or add enhancements. Off shore team is not understandable or available.
