      - Agile, fast-paced work that allows you to learn a lot as you go - Fun and collaborative co-workers who are genuinely good people - Excellent support and transparency from senior leadership - Lots of room to grow and keep honing your skills

      Cons

      - I don't have anything that comes to mind beyond the occasional difficult client, but that's any delivery based role.

      Pros

      You have the freedom to do what you think is best for your clients. Everyone you work with are at the top of their fields. I have honestly never seen such a talented pool of people assembled at one company before. It is genuinely a wonderful place to work with management who seems to personally care about you.

      Cons

      They hire you in at a good rate, but yearly raises do not keep up with inflation.
