Pros

I’ve been working at Property Hub for 18 months, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. One of the things I love most about this role is how collaborative sales is here. Unlike most sales environments where it’s super competitive and every person for themselves, at PH we have individual and team targets, which means we’re always pulling together rather than competing. The support from the team is genuine, when I’ve taken time off, my team have called my clients and helped get deals over the line so that I could still hit target. That kind of culture is rare, and it makes such a difference as you just don’t get that in most sales roles. The social side is also a huge highlight for me and we have regular socials and team lunches. The people are brilliant, and it makes coming into work something I actually look forward to. The new office is in Manchester city centre, and has a gym which is a massive bonus. We also get 5 weeks a year where we can work fully remote, which gives such a nice balance. The leadership team are really approachable, and two Robs are still very much involved, which gives a sense of connection to the wider vision of the business. Overall, I absolutely love my job and the people I work with. It’s refreshing to be part of a sales team where collaboration, support, and culture are just as important as performance and earning really good money.

Cons

If I had to mention a downside, it would be the commute. We’re expected in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), which for me means travelling about an hour and a half each way. The office itself is lovely, but the fixed days can be a little rigid if you would prefer a bit more flexibility. That said, the balance of office/remote overall is still better than most companies I’ve worked for having Monday and Friday at home.

Pros

The role itself is really great, its busy and varied with no micro managing, I do have the support of my colleagues and management if required, Education is encouraged and supported here, nothing to hold you back. Wages are great, Im a homeworker and my salary has nearly doubled since I came to Property Hub. My colleagues are amazing, the interview process is quite stringent but its important that we get the right fit of people into the company which is why we all gel so well together. Management support is brilliant, if you play fair and work hard they will support you 100%, Ive never known a company like this to work for, they really do have your back which means the world to me, I still count my lucky stars I was given the opportunity to work here almost 7 years ago.

Cons

The working conditions are excellant, if I was to have a little niggle, its that we have grown very fast, from half a dozen employees to over 50 now so there have obviously been a lot of changes to accommodate this, but now things are all in place it feels settled again, new processes are difficult for me but if I can master them, and I have, then anyone can. They have improved us as a company and working conditions are also better.

Pros

I started at Property Hub as a junior with no experience, and I’ve worked my way up into a management role. I’ve been supported every step of the way. We have regular 1-2-1s and reviews, and when I said what direction I wanted to go in, my manager helped me map out exactly how to get there. It’s a fast-paced company with a brilliant team and culture. We get stuff done, but everyone’s genuinely kind and supportive. People help each other, work hard, and all care about doing great work. It’s the kind of team you actually want to spend time with. Leadership is open and transparent. With open-book management, everyone knows the wins, the challenges and what we’re working towards. Rob, Rob and Tracey are approachable, motivating and genuinely care about making this a great place to work. The benefits are great too. There’s a share scheme, bonus scheme, private healthcare and the team regularly gets asked for feedback through things like the Stop Start Keep form which the founders read and act on. If you want to learn, grow and work with lovely, hard-working people in a company that genuinely wants to keep improving, you’ll love it here.

Cons

The pension scheme could be a bit better, but that’s probably the only real downside for me personally. Things move quickly, so if you prefer a slower pace, it might not be for you.
