Tech is not up to current industry standards There's a new SOP rolled out almost once a month - not necessarily a "con" but can be frustrating but we didn't have them before, so it's a plus eventually. Accounting is too in the weeds sometimes C suite can be a bit arrogant, but they aren't in the day to day

They offer a hybrid work environment and they are flexible with your schedule. The PMI President and the CEO of RDG are great leaders - the leadership issues are within the accounting department.

You may be micromanaged and not trusted to do your job with no basis. Your ideas and recommendations will likely be heard but completely disregarded as the only way this department functions is the Controller's way. What she says goes. The Controller speaks to her team in a very condescending way that is surely intended to make you feel stupid and like a child. Very little positive recognition, if any - you only get pointed out when you make a mistake - no matter how minor. There is extremely apparent favoritism among the team due to friendships outside of work. Gossip/toxic culture is accepted and encouraged by leadership.
