Thank you for your comments. Our goal is to pay fair market wages at all times. So yes, unlike many large companies, we don't have scheduled pay raises. Instead, we believe wages should change when the market or their responsibilities change. Whether that's multiple times in a year or not for a couple of years.

Pros

Well establish small PropTech company, with almost 20 years of data collected from legacy platform and an amazing platform that has recently made recent changes to UX, Data, and Marketing Features for its customers. Pay is very fair on the sales team, paid hourly with up to 10 hours of approved OT per pay cycle, Flex Time off, great Leadership and room to grow and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.

Cons

Growing pains with small company but gives you the opportunity to take initiative and learn new things you wouldn’t otherwise do at a bigger tech company/start up.
