The senior management needs to just try again

- The other developers were nice people - Casual dress code - Convenient location - Nobody really bothers you out of hours

- Meeting after meeting, non-stop meetings - Barely any meeting space - Insisted on being in office - Exec management weak - chief salesman alienated customers, product manager sapped all the energy in the room huffing and puffing and whining and winging - so-called "architect" wrote bad software but yet was still there - awful stand-up where people list a bunch of ticket numbers with no context or meaning - IT Manager releases random code whether it works or not - Nobody knows how to make unit tests - Lowball salary offers taking advantage of COVID redundancies
