      Great coworkers/clients, base pay is good, rewarding work

      Cons

      Leadership is mostly absent and unaware of the real day to day responsibilities/challenges, compensation program changes frequently with no warning, employees that push for answers are met with suspicion/hostility. Company has a focus on profit over quality/employee satisfaction

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
