      Interview process was pretty quick and straightforward - everything felt smooth Very flexible schedule Communication with support staff is usu smooth

      Cons

      For overseas interpreters, taxes are entirely self managed No opportunities for career advancement No benefits Pay is calculated per minute, so no calls means no earnings

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.

      Pros? That would be challenging to find.

      Cons

      Inconsistent messaging about goals and bad communication in general. Job duties and requirements veered wildly off course from what was promised.
