      You have control over your time, you don´t have to comply with a fix schedule but you do have to have a minimum of minutes per week

      Cons

      The pay is per talked minute, so if its a slow day and not many calls, you don´t get paid for being logged in.

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
