You get to work all the time you want, whenever you want. The company tells you when peak hours are so that you can take advantage of them. When days have good calls, you make your income in fewer hours.

You don't get the same number of calls every day.

Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
