      Pros

      It's very flexible in hours, you choose how many hours to work and in what time of the day, but only at first, then you have to stay in that schedule

      Cons

      We get payed for the minute in the call, not the time we are waiting for a call to arrive, for example, i work 6 hour a day but only get paid the 4 hours I was on a call

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
