      -Low quality clients DHS, WIC, Utility services, Health and Hospitals. -Low per minute rate -Salary expectation review 50% of Monthly Goal. -Portal is subpar -Policies and Portal updates without previous mention or preparation.

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
