      They managed to get several people full-time temp positions as interpreters, which is not always easy to get into.

      Cons

      A lax attitude toward preserving job requirements and turning a blind eye to bullying has resulted in a lot of turnover (about 20% in the past 6 months).

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
