Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.

Pros? That would be challenging to find.

Inconsistent messaging about goals and bad communication in general. Job duties and requirements veered wildly off course from what was promised.
