      Leadership is a pruned set of Yes-Men. Security Leadership keeps rotating. Extravagant parties, but can't get decent health insurance.

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Cons

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
