Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all input, both positive and constructive, as it helps us grow and improve as an organization. It’s true that Propio has experienced rapid growth, including through strategic acquisitions. This growth has been driven by our mission to expand access to critical language services for more communities, and with it comes the challenge of integrating teams and systems while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. We recognize that during periods of change, it’s essential to double down on communication, resources, and employee support. That’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly. Your comments about our focus and resource allocation are noted, and we’re actively working to balance growth with operational excellence. In fact, 2025 is a year of intentional investment, in our people, our tools, and our customer experience. We know that success starts from the inside out. We appreciate your dedication and hope you’ll continue to share ideas directly with us as we work to build a stronger Propio, together.
