Pros
It's a good place to start knowing the industry, they say it's one of the best paying companies of their industry but that is just not true, although it's not bad.
Cons
Propio doesn't offer a continuous development, as a company that deals with humans they are not very human as they grow. They don't offer benefits to people working FULL TIME remote and when they re-structure the company they take ages to do it. There's no clear internal direction and people constantly changes positions or names of the positions and just doesn't work. The amount of work they have per person is just not something you can handle without feeling burnout.
