Working here as a Proposal Manager has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As with any proposal environment, the work can be demanding and fast-paced, which might not suit everyone. Staying organized and able to multi-task effectively is a must, and tight deadlines can bring some stress — but that’s part of the industry and comes with the territory.
