We get to work with the latest technology - things like elastic beanstalk, dynamoDB as we use S3 and EBS. The architecture is progressive and state of the art. We use a sprint development cycle where teams are given independence to make decisions and write code the right way. The dev team leadership is supportive and helpful. Really like my job, much better than where i came from.
