Pros

Lots of exposure to different aspects of the application and various technologies. Good place to learn and challenge your imposter syndrome.

Cons

Nepotistic environment. "A rising tide lifts all boats" does not apply here. They didn't weigh the value of their employees very accurately while I was there (read: favoritism), but I would still recommend at least a stint here to anyone, especially someone hoping to expand their skillset.
