      Pros

      Decent benefits, flexible working, and engaging/challenging technical work. Middle management are thoughtful and kind, teams are collaborative.

      Cons

      Salary increases don't even keep up with inflation. Issues with management. A lot of responsibility for the pay. Some departments are incredibly inefficient. Not many opportunities for career growth.
