Pros

Great enthusiasm from owner Rich Killian. Training handbook easy to follow. Great to work independently from home at your own pace and schedule. Company has strong list of buildings to work with and build connections.

Cons

Website could use some updates. Not for those who need hand-holding or constant check-ins.

Pros

Prospect equities have a supportive and close-knit team with a welcoming atmosphere. The company is open to listening to employees’ interests and it's a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-developing platforms. The team is warm, hard-working, and collaborative, and free lunch days are nice for bonding with the team. The management structure is also fairly organized, with regular stand-up meetings and company-wide meetings. It is a good environment to gain hands-on experience as well as to learn how a growing team organizes projects. The company has a strong vision and a lot of room to grow, which is fun.

Cons

Since the technology department is still growing, some infrastructure may not be as competitive as more established tech companies. The role will be a good fit for someone who is flexible and interested in contributing to a growing team long term.

Pros

The company provides a rare level of direct access to senior leadership, offering hands-on mentorship that is invaluable for professional growth. They are also notably visa-friendly and supportive of international talent, making it an excellent and stable environment for those navigating OPT/H1B or seeking a long-term career path in the US. Additionally, the office environment is very friendly, welcoming, and collaborative.

Cons

There aren't many downsides, but the culture is not very "pushy," so you need to be self-motivated and proactive to stay on top of your goals.
