Pros
- Good coworkers - Good place to get started in IT - There have been complaints about admin kowtowing to parents and students at the expense of teachers, but fortunately that never affected the IT Department
Cons
- The pay was minimal, but understandable given the size of the school and the skill required for the job. To their credit, they did give everyone a pay-raise halfway into my time there (and even compensated everyone for the previous half of the year they worked at a lower rate).
