ProspectBlue has been an incredible place to work. The coworkers are fantastic—everyone is collaborative and genuinely wants each other to succeed. Jess, the president, is an amazing leader who lets you run your own desk while being a great role model. I made the move from NYC to Richmond, and the transition has been seamless thanks to the supportive environment here. The opportunity for growth feels through the roof, and the team spirit makes every day enjoyable. Overall, I feel super lucky to be part of ProspectBlue and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a company that values both independence and teamwork.
