Pros

I joined Prospecta in 2013 for presales Here there are no cab and meal facilities. No one is really doing there part here for female employees. The managers say travel by metro even if we have to travel late in the night.

Cons

The management gives no care to the needs of female employees. Many times I work late in night and my health iasues are also given no concern.

Pros

The company genuinely supports work-life balance expectations are reasonable and leadership respects personal time. Compensation and benefits are competitive and reflect the value placed on employees. Management is approachable and invested in your success. There are consistent opportunities to grow professionally, whether through training, mentorship, or expanded responsibilities. The team culture is collaborative, not competitive, which makes day-to-day work more productive and enjoyable. The business is stable, which gives you confidence in your long-term future here.

Cons

No significant concerns to report. Like any organization, there are occasional inefficiencies, but nothing that meaningfully impacts the day-to-day experience.
