Loved having the opportunity to work from home especially during the pandemic. Loved the opportunity to work with referral partners that were semi inclined to refer business.
Cons
They pride themselves on culture and a wonderful work place however it was very high school drama. Depended on who you knew or who were buddies with to truly succeed. Definitely not an equal opportunity employer. Also promised a huge money making opportunity when in fact it depended what team you were placed on AFTER you’re hired.
