Fine for a temp job - Business Lead Specialist Protocall Communications Employee Review

Pros

Option to work from home after 3 weeks

Cons

Base pay that’s near minimum wage, commission structure where you make hardly anything for booking appointments. You’d likely have to work up to being a closer if you want to make anything worthwhile.

Pros

Nearly unlimited commission opportunities. Fortune 100 client providing best in class service. Comprehensive training available in both a structured and unstructured environment (ie…. unstructured means furthering your knowledge and skill set above and beyond if you choose with available resources). This is a commission SALES job. If you don’t have a passion for sales, for learning your product and always understanding a changing sales environment, it will be a more difficult job.

Cons

Because the product you are selling has a market based cost that can be unpredictable, some people get frustrated with things out of their control that makes selling the product more difficult at times and easier at times. People who have a difficult time with this unpredictability or have not put in the time and energy (pun) to understand the product they sell will be more challenged.

Pros

Lots of coworkers if you need assistance

Cons

Supposed to be remote but that comes with many conditions and changes frequently
