Pros
The management is patient with new employees learning the ropes. Since there is no job description at all for floor staff, you just do whatever is needed, there really isnt a way to mess up the job if you are looking for ways to be productive. BUT, there are many ways to unknowingly make a mistake that is solely based on being new and making bad judgement calls. This is because management is never really present, and we're having to constantly have to make judgement calls, even when new. No one will really tell you what to do, you have to ask. And even then, they really arent very willing to tell you.
Cons
Join the click, or feel like an outsider. You'll see the clicks pretty quickly. I often wondered if it was because it's women only, but I hate to be gender biased. Still, I didnt kiss butt, and because of this, I was shunned by fellow employees. Which makes a really big issue, since we have to lean on each other constantly and make group decisions, We have to constantly divvy up responsibilities. With that being said, it was a fun job when I knew what to do, and I miss it!
