8yI am sorry that your experience at Provenir was not a positive one. Our employees and our culture are most important to us. We have set very high standards of integrity and quality for ourselves in an already demanding arena. The work we do ultimately impacts the patients our clients strive to serve and care for and the demands we face are not for everyone. We have never terminated an employee for no reason. We invest heavily in our selection process and continue to invest in every employee with continual on the job training so terminations are avoided at all costs. Terminations hurt us and terminations sadden us. If an employee demonstrates behaviors not aligned with our core values or does not embrace the work ethic that our teams demand, we do terminate, but not before many Performance Improvement formal discussions and documentations with the employee.
